Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with every order you receive from Gold Mine Natural Food Company. If you are not totally pleased with your purchase, you may return any product (including cookware that has not been used) within 30 days for a prompt refund, credit or exchange. Before you return a product, please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Gold Mine Natural Food Company does not reimburse the cost of return shipping, except when a product is defective or was shipped due to our error. Please email customerservice@japangoldusa.com or call us at 800-475-3663 so we can help you with returns or exchanges. Note: organic grains and other organic dried foods are subject to insect contamination, especially in warm weather. Please inspect these products promptly and store them properly.
