Made with Celtic Sea Salt® and carefully packaged in glass jars to maintain its integrity, this sauerkraut is both delicious and functional.

Gold Mine’s sauerkraut is crafted in small batches by hand and aged in ceramic crocks. This traditional method creates an ideal environment for the fermentation process, allowing the growth of probiotic strains in a safe, controlled setting. Independent laboratory testing has confirmed that each gram contains 7.8 million CFUs of live Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species, equating to approximately 468 million CFUs per ½ cup serving.
